Jets Believe Kirk Cousins Will Sign With Vikings

Published

on

The New York Jets reportedly “fear” that quarterback Kirk Cousins will opt to sign with the NFC Champion Minnesota Vikings, according to Ralph Vacchiano of SNY.

The Jets are taking the Minnesota threat seriously “after some informal, preliminary talks with his camp this week”, per Vacchiano’s report.

The Jets also know that they can offer Cousins more money but are thinking that he will opt to take less money to be in a better situation with the Vikings, who are certainly ready to win now.

Sure, it’s very early in the ‘Kirk Cousins Sweepstakes’ but it seems as though the market for the veteran signal caller is beginning to take shape.
