Bills To Start Derek Anderson

Published

on

The Buffalo Bills are planning to start recently signed veteran quarterback Derek Anderson, head coach Sean McDermott announced on Wednesday.

Anderson, understandably, will get the nod over Nathan Peterman, who has been an absolute disaster when given opportunities to start.

Current starter, rookie Josh Allen, is considered to be week-to-week as he deals with a shoulder injury that he suffered during Buffalo’s game in Week 6 against the Houston Texans, a game that saw Peterman come in to replace Allen after the injury occurred.

Anderson has 76 career NFL appearances but has barely sniffed the field since 2010, when he was playing for the Arizona Cardinals
