The Arizona Cardinals will not be trading All-Pro cornerback Patrick Peterson, despite constant rumors to the contrary.

According to AZCardinals.com’s Darren Urban, Cardinals general manager Steve Keim has made it clear that the team intends to hold on to Peterson despite trade rumors.

Cardinals, Raiders Interested in Jalen Ramsey

The Jacksonville Jaguars are working towards trading disgruntled All-Pro cornerback Jalen Ramsey and two teams have emerged as potential suitors.

According to The Athletic’s Vic Tafur, the Oakland Raiders are one of the teams that have checked in with the Jags regarding Ramsey.

Despite the interest, the Raiders may have an issue inking Ramsey to an extension as cash flow could become a hurdle, according to the Oakland Tribune’s Jerry McDonald.

The Raiders have two first round picks in the 2020 draft, and the Jags are reportedly seeking two first rounders in return for Ramsey.

According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Arizona Cardinals have also checked in with the Jaguars about Ramsey, but they do not believe that they will land the corner in a trade.

The Jaguars have received offers, and it is believed that a trade will be completed by the end of the week.
